• Contact and enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and the content of messages you send us.
• Discovery call booking details — the service you are interested in, the stage your project is at, your location, preferred times and any notes you add.
• Guide and download details — the name and email address you give us when requesting a free guide.
• Order records — the products or services you have asked us about or agreed with us, and related correspondence.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through our hosting and analytics tools.

• To respond to enquiries and arrange calls — necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
• To deliver products and services you have paid for — performance of our contract with you.
• To send free guides and marketing emails — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• To keep our site secure and prevent fraud — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems and customers.
• To improve our services and understand how the site is used — our legitimate interest, and your consent where non-essential cookies are involved.
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal duties — compliance with a legal obligation.

• Service providers and subprocessors — website hosting, database, email delivery, calendar scheduling and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — accountants and legal advisers where needed.
• Authorities and regulators — where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement / EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, together with appropriate additional safeguards.

• Enquiries and booking requests — up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record only.
• Customer and transaction records — 6 years, to meet HMRC requirements.
• Website analytics — up to 26 months.

When data is no longer needed we delete it securely or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting who can see your information, hosted infrastructure with security monitoring, and regular review of who has access.

We use essential cookies that are needed for the site to work, and we may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time and can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though essential cookies are required for the site to function properly.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• be informed about how your data is used;
• access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased in certain circumstances;
• restrict how we process your data;
• data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing;
• withdraw consent at any time where consent is our legal basis.
